Mindful thinking – that is the name of the game. What game am I talking about, I’m talking about the game of life, mine and yours to be exact. Have you ever wondered why your life is the way it is, or why certain events happen which leave you saying “Of course this would happen to me”… “I have the worst luck in the world” or “I feel lucky all the time”…“Things just come to me”? The simple answer to this question comes down to our thoughts, matched by feelings, and carried out with actions.
Many of us often forget, myself included, how powerful we truly are, and the power that lies within our thoughts. Like our natural state, our thoughts are energy and everything that surrounds us from the trees, water, air, stars, planets and the entire cosmos, is energy. So what does all this mean? Well, it means whatever your most dominating thoughts are, whether it is conscious or subconscious, more of that presents itself in your life, in abundance. In other words, you are constantly manifesting every moment and experience of your life, from the people that surround you to the events that take place.
So when you say “My life is so unfair” or “life is truly a blessing and I love life”, that is the energetic frequency you’re aligning with and that’s what you will receive tenfold. This is why I get so baffled when people always say how “life is a grind” and “you have to work hard to make money”. All of that is ego and pain body talk. Life is truly simple, beautiful and effortless. Life isn’t that difficult, it’s the things you strongly believe, think, feel and act upon which gives the illusion that life is such a damn “grind” to survive. This is not to say that there won’t be any hardships in life, but our experience of life doesn’t have to be the way the mass majority of people think and live. Honestly think about this… do you believe we were put on this planet just to survive? If you said yes, then some soul searching and deep learning may help welcome in a new perspective.
This is what the Law of Attraction or manifestation is all about. The Law of Attraction is the process of getting yourself to match the same energetic frequencies of the things you desire or want in this life – creating the life you see and deserve. it’s not some hocus pocus mumbo jumbo. This is just how the universe operates in our lives, there is no other way around this law. And yes, I said “Deserve”. You deserve whatever you feel that you deserve in this life, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise, especially your own pain body or ego. Often times we can be the biggest obstacle in our lives, ironically enough, because we are all masters of manifestation. Most of us just use this beautiful gift in non-beneficial ways without realizing it. This is also why it’s so important to be mindful and aware of the power that you hold deep within.
It’s time for you to untangle and reprogram your mind in a more positive way, in order to live a more fruitful life. The best place to start is to realize and be open to the fact that we are indeed spiritual beings who have the opportunity to enjoy a human experience, not the other way around. The next step is to be mindful of your thoughts, knowing that what you are thinking will come about, if matched by intense feelings. The more intense the feeling, the quicker the thought you are giving energy to will appear in your life, positive or negative.
The next step after those two, would be to work on quieting your ego which will quite the pain body. Being more aware of when these two partners in crime are present, and the effects they have, will help. A book I frequently mention and go back to personally is called A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle. This is a great resource to utilize if you’d like to dive deeper into the ego and pain body. Other great tools to add to your arsenal to help with shifting to and maintaining a “cleaner” mindset would be, to use affirmations, incantations, and I choose statements.
I know affirmations, incantations, and I choose statements may sound a little cheesy, but they really do work. These three tools hydrate and nourish your mind and soul, the same way that water nourishes and cleanses your body and our planet. Determine which ones work best for you and use them daily, as they are vital in the shift you’re making. Not using one of these three key components is like walking through the Sahara Desert during its hottest season without water or food, which would be out right foolish. Wouldn’t you agree?
Now that you’ve gained some new insight- if you already know this then I hope this is a great reminder for you – I hope you become more aware of your thoughts and words, and the great power within them. This insight will also help align you with what you deserve, which is to live the most enlightened and fruitful life there is. May the force continually be with and serve you.
Once you begin to understand and truly master your thoughts and feelings, that’s when you see how you create your own reality. That’s where your freedom is, that’s where all your power is.
