Life can be great, life can be sour, life can be confusing, life can be plain, life can be humorous, life can be frantic, and life can be bliss. Besides all that, the greatest thing about life, especially the life you currently live, is that nothing is ever set in stone.
At any moment, whether it be in the next minute, hour, day, week, or month, your life can do a total 360 degree spin and change for the better. Be mindful that you must be open and ready for this change to occur. How beautiful is that? I’d say really beautiful.
This “knowing” is great to always keep in mind, because at some point or another, we all feel the pressures of life, which can throw us into a serious tailspin. These pressures can be very daunting and even downright draining, leaving a dense cloud that does not allow the rays of the Sun to shine onto a life that can be really beautiful. The result of staying under this rainy cloud, and not being aware of it, is not moving forward with your life; thus prolonging the inevitable change that the Universe wants to provide you with.
There is great news, so please don’t feel panicked, every dark cloud has its time, and eventually moves on, making way for the Sun to shine once more. And this is why it’s so important to remind yourself that, where you currently stand, however short or long it may be, your life can and will change for the better. Keep moving forward the best that you can, because doing so creates that opening in the clouds which turns everything around at any moment.
Ironically enough, most “successful” people have all gone through the tailspin of life. Let’s look at Steve Harvey, in the late 80’s, Steve was homeless for about two years. Things looked pretty bleak, but as mentioned before, at any moment your life can change for the better. Steve Harvey managed to turn his life around. Steve is the host of Family Feud, host of the Steve Harvey Show, and is the author of three books: Act like a Lady, Think Like A Man… Straight Talk, No Chaser... and Act Like A Success, Think Like A Success. Steve Harvey’s net worth is one hundred million dollars, and just one of the many examples of how this universe works in our life, and how our current situation is never permanent.
One moment you can be jobless, and the next you have 10 job opportunities. One moment you can be low on funds, and the next you win the lottery. One moment you can be feeling lonely and single, and the next you have met the person of your dreams. Everything in this Universe is constantly changing, especially you. Our bodies are never the same; in fact, there are certain cells and tissues in our bodies, that are constantly changing. So you see, be happy and humble where you are, and know that you and your life are constantly improving. Keep in mind though, that you must keep your optimism high, and take action, even if its baby steps in order to keep the moments of change occurring.
With this in mind, take a moment tonight before bed, to reflect on your life. Reflect on how you persevered through those rain clouds. Look at how you’ve weathered all those storms and are still here. Notice how every moment of your life has been changing for the better whether you’ve noticed it or not. Notice how your life isn’t so bad after all, and it’s only getting more and more beautiful. Beauty takes time, and is coming into fruition everyday you wake; with every moment that passes by. Be patient because your life is changing for the better, and your “any moment” is closer then you think.
Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them; that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.
